Are you a promotions company?
We certainly do offer products for promotional purposes to be printed or engraved with your company logo or inscription of your choice. However, strictly speaking, we are not a promotions company, as we import all the items from overseas ourselves.

Do you outsource your printing?
We have our own printing section and therefore do most of our printing in-house.
How do I place an order?
You can submit a quote list from our website to give us an indication of the products in which you are interested. One of our corporate representatives will contact you shortly thereafter to confirm your requirements and to assist you with placing your order. Alternatively, you can contact us telephonically at our offices on (2711) 524-0768 (Sandra, Thaison or Mzwakhe) or via e-mail by mailing email@example.com.

How must my artwork be formatted and submitted?
Please mail your logo to us in an Adobe PDF or a Coral Draw format along with the pantone colours.
Can our goods be delivered to us?
We can arrange delivery directly to your door, unless you wish to pick up the order yourself.
How long in advance before the required delivery date must I place my order?
For local orders that require printing, please allow about 2 weeks from confirmation and receipt of artwork.
Bigger orders coming from overseas take about 6-8 weeks by air and about 10-12 weeks by sea.
Are your products of a good quality?
Yes. Furthermore, all our watches carry a 2-year guarantee and have Citizen Miyota movements, thereby ensuring good quality.
How big is your range of products?
We have a wide range of products and it is constantly expanding. Not all items are shown on our website. Therefore, please contact us with any product enquiry.
Are your product prices competitive?
We are highly competitive as all the products are imported by ourselves and are, therefore, not marked up by a middle man. In fact, all our products are backed by our Lowest Price Gaurantee (Click Here to read more about it). We also offer competitive prices on printing (we have our own in-house printing section), and on engraving.
Why are you able to provide superior service?
As we realise it is in our best interest to do so, since our survival is based on repeat business. We therefore spare no expense in pleasing customers and have a complete service department on our premises to handle all repairs. We also do most of our product branding in-house.

You can e-mail one product photo to a customer or you can e-mail multiple, selected product photos to a customer.

If I e-mail product photos to my customers, will they see any reference to IWI Corporate Gifts?
No. Any images e-mailed to your customers are sent as if by you, with no mention of IWI Corporate Gifts.
Will you disclose personal details that I submit on your website to a third party?
Absolutely not. We only use your details to assist you as requested and do not disclose any of your details to anyone else.
